RealConnect Service Retirement

As communicated from May 2023, at the end of day 31 July 2026, the RealConnect service will be Retired and no longer available.

This impacts all associated RealConnect capabilities, including RealConnect Calling, Cloud One Touch Dial (OTD), and RealConnect Reports (RC-Reports). Following the service sunset, customers will no longer be able to use these services, access related reporting, or join meetings through the RealConnect platform. Customers should ensure they have completed their migration to supported replacement services, such as HP CloudConnect, to continue with meeting join and interoperability capabilities.
