Join a Meeting with a Support Video Endpoint (VTC)

When joining a Skype for Business meeting with a supported alternative video conference endpoint, you must dial into the conference using the numbers provided in Alternative VTC Dialing Instructions link at the bottom of the invite. The dialing instructions provide four dial strings to select from, your selection depends on how your network and video endpoints are configured.

Procedure

1. Within the meeting invite, click the Alternative VTC Dialing Instructions link.
2. On the Alternative VTC Dialing Instructions page, find the type of endpoint you are using.
3. Select the dial string to dial into the meeting. Options are Polycom, Cisco, or Lifesize.
4. If the dial string does not connect, select another from the list.
