The RealConnect Tenant Report provides live and historical VTC call data into the RealConnect Teams and/or Skype interoperability service.
In order to login to the RealConnect Tenant Report a user must have a Poly Cloud Service (PCS) user account with the Device Operator role, see Add a New User Account.
The RealConnect Tenant Report portal is located here: https://rc-reports.plcm.vc/.
When logging in, enter your email and password, or authenticate through Office 365. Once authenticated, the site will open the RealConnect Tenant Report.
The sidebar provides quick navigation to the Dashboard, and the Calls windows (Summary, Map, and List).
The time selector is located on the top left of the page, and displays the title of the selection made. The options define the time span to display, and will update the dashboard with the requested parameter.
- Today - View data from today, starting at midnight UTC
- 24 Hours - Past 24 hours
- Week - Last 7 days bounded by midnight UTC
- Month - Same calendar day one month ago, bounded by midnight UTC
- Three Month - Same calendar day three months ago, bounded by midnight UTC
- Six Month - Same calendar day six months ago, bounded by midnight UTC
- Year - Same calendar day one year ago, bounded by midnight UTC
