The purpose of this guide is to explain how to configure an environment to work with Poly’s RealConnect Service.

Audience, Purpose, and Required Skills

The primary audience for this guide is administrators who configure, customize, manage, and troubleshoot video devices that are integrated with Poly's RealConnect Service. If configuring Microsoft calendars, the administrator is expected to have Microsoft IT administrative expertise. The administrator should also be familiar with video conferencing concepts. This guide is written for a technical audience.
