RealConnect Tenant Report Calls Map

The Calls Map page visually displays the VTC call information per location. Hover over a region to display the location and the call density for that location. The color of the areas on the map represent the call volume in that area. There is a legend provided for the color referenced. For a more detailed map within the regions and their call density, zoom in and maps become more detailed with their information.

Note: Not all calls are tagged with regions, some calls that were previously displayed may drop out of being shown in the map (noted at the bottom of the legend). This number of calls is displayed beneath the legend. If a country has no tagged regional calls, but has tagged country level calls, the map does not subdivide into regions for that country.
