Integrate Poly Cloud Relay with the New Service

After Poly Cloud Service enrollment and configuration are complete, integrate the Poly Cloud Relay with the new service.

Once you enroll in a new Poly Cloud Service such as RealConnect Hybrid, verify the Poly Cloud Relay is aware of the new services. This is done in the console for the Poly Cloud Relay VM.

Procedure

  1. Within the virtual environment client, navigate to the Poly Cloud Relay VM, and open the console.
  2. Within the Poly Cloud Relay console, select Integrate.
  3. The Poly Cloud Relay connects to Poly Cloud Service and downloads the subscribed services, such as RealConnect Hybrid.
  4. Within the Poly Cloud Relay console, select Application Status and verify that the services are running. The services displayed will vary according to the services subscribed to.
